The Space
Nestled in the heart of Liverpool's historic Georgian Quarter, Catharine Quarters is the ideal accommodation for friends' holidays, family getaways, and business trips alike!

Boasting three separate apartments within the same building, all available under one listing, we welcome up to 18 guests, with each apartment accommodating up to six.

Each unit offers an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. Every living room is fitted with a large Smart TV and a sofa bed that converts into a double bed, sleeping two guests. If cooking is your cup of tea, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, including a microwave, kettle, coffee machine with milk frother, oven, and more.

You'll have access to a spotless bathroom in every apartment, all featuring a shower over a standard-sized bath, WC, and washbasin.

The bedrooms provide the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring. Each apartment has a similar layout, offering two bedrooms – one with a king-size bed and a desk for work or vanity use, and the other with a double bed. Five out of the six bedrooms are fitted with a large Smart TV for your entertainment.

The wooden flooring, elegant furniture, beautiful artwork, and high-quality appliances add to the property's sophisticated and modern aesthetic, creating a harmonious ambience.

Neighborhood
The property is nestled in the picturesque Georgian Quarter, a charming area filled with beautiful period buildings and cobbled streets. It's within walking distance to cultural venues such as The Philharmonic Hall and Everyman Theatre.

Just a short 10-minute stroll takes you to Hope Street, home to some of Liverpool's finest restaurants.

The neighbourhood itself is perfect for walking, with an abundance of restaurants, bars, and cafés to explore. Whether you're in the mood for a traditional pub or an elegant fine dining experience, you'll find plenty to enjoy.

For those looking to venture further, Liverpool City Centre is just a quick bus ride away. From there, you can head to the Liverpool Waterfront, visit The Royal Albert Dock, or explore the Tate Liverpool. If you're a Beatles fan, don’t miss Liverpool Central, where you’ll find The Beatles Shop and The Beatles Story, perfect for immersing yourself in the legacy of the legendary band.

Getting Around
The nearest bus stops are conveniently located on Catharine Street, just a 1-minute walk from the apartment. These stops provide easy access to Liverpool City Centre and Liverpool John Lennon Airport.

Both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations are around a 20-minute walk away, offering connections in and out of the city.

Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under £10.
